Zepto Zetta supports capital intensive imported defective electronics of the Armed Forces acquired over the decades, where foreign OEM support is not available and no local firm has the capability. Such electronics cost hundreds of thousands of Crores and budget is scarce for their immediate upgrade.
Repair of Imported Electronics of the Indian Navy.
We repair critical Single Board Computers (SBC) and Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) where the foreign OEMs stop support. We undertake systems’ reengineering and have repaired more than 90% of such defective items received till date. We are ramping up our operations to be able to handle the ever growing demand.
Refurbishment of Russian autoplotters for Indian Navy
Zepto Zetta successfully refurbished the obsolete Russian Autoplotter (AP4) of Indian Navy (ND School, Kochi), which no other agency could do in more than a decade. The equipment has been appreciated and accepted after rigorous trials by Indian Navy.
Supporting Communication Backbone of the Indian Army.
ITI Limited, a DoT central PSU, had supplied the Army Static Switch Communication Network (ASCON). ASCON is digital secure backbone network of Indian Army. Phase-3 of ASCON was commissioned about two decades back. ASCON is installed all over the Pakistan and China borders. Army and ITI were faced with the problem of repair of parts of ASCON because the foreign OEMs had stopped support. We have refurbished most of their defective items on Open-Tender basis.
Repair of Critical Imported Electronics of Army.
We have been repairing Multi-Service-Passport (MSP), remote-surveillance-cameras, splicing machine, OTDR and other imported electronics of the Army for which OEM support is not available.
